01 Delivery & Returns

How do you deliver?

We primarily use FedEx for our delivery, and we deliver free of charge throughout The United Kingdom. You can expect your package to arrive within 20 days. When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Don't worry if the system says the tracking number doesn't work - as it typically takes 24 hours for their system to pick up a new delivery. If you have not received your order within 20 days, please contact us so we can find a solution.

Can I return my product?

Yes, we offer a 30 night sleep guarantee after delivery. Please be aware that some people may experience positive effects with weighted blankets immediately, and for others it takes 14-20 days before the effects are achieved. We suggest that you trust the effect of the weighted duvet, which has been proven through numerous studies. If, contrary to expectations, you have received your order and would like to return it, you can do so via sending us an e-mail, more information further down this page.

How long would it take to receive my blanket?

You can expect to receive your blanket within 20 delivery days. Expect to have the blanket sent the same day or the day after ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the UK and US, with more to come.

02 General questions about our weighted Blankets

Which Blanket should i buy?

Our blanket have individual information about what makes them unique on their respective pages.

Here is a guide to our original adult duvet:

Your weight 25-55 kg: 5 kg blanket.
Your weight 55-85 kg: 7 kg blanket.
Your weight 85+ kg: 9 kg blanket.

Which sizes do you have?

Our main cuvets come in these sizes:

140x200 cm
140x220 cm

Can children use the weighted blanket?

Yes! However, be sure that your child is over 3 years old and can easily, by their own efforts, remove the blanket. This is important for safety reasons. For choosing a blanket, the weight chart should be followed. Children under 3 years old are permitted from using the blanket.

Is there scientific proof that they improve sleep?

Yes, there is scientific evidence suggesting weighted blankets can be beneficial for improving sleep quality and reducing anxiety and stress in some individuals. While more research is needed, studies indicate that the pressure from a weighted blanket can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and potentially leading to improved sleep and mood.

03 Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply add a product to cart, proceed to checkout, fill in the fields and finish the purchase, this is how your order is placed.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but its good to have one so you can use coupons and track your orders more easily.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel your order, you must first contact us through our email: sandmansblankets@gmail.com at which point we will coordinate with you the refund and the return of the item.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email, with the product tracking code and the website you can use to track your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

Once you have received a product, and wish to return it, you simply have to contact us, at which point we will start a return process, and send you the label to ship the product back to us.
